How can I pay an invoice?

If you have an outstanding invoice with us you can pay in the shop by cash, debit card or credit card including American Express. You can also pay by card over the phone or by bank transfer.

Do you do professional hires?

Can I get my instrument valued with you?

Yes, we provide written insurance valuations for instruments for a fee.

If you are looking to insure your instrument or bow, we are affiliated with Allianz.  By quoting our code 1300039149 you should receive a discount on your policy premiums.  If you need to make a claim we can liase direct with Allianz on your behalf.

We do not provide valuations for private sales.

Do you do instrument repairs?

We have an onsite workshop with skilled luthiers who will undertake instrument and bow repairs and restorations.  Following a thorough assessment we will provide a written quote for your approval.  We are happy to provide a replacement instrument or bow whilst yours is in for repair.  Some minor repairs and adjustments including string changes can be carried out while you wait.  Please note that our workshop is not open on a Saturday.

Do you do bow rehairs?

Yes, we offer standard or best quality white rehairs for violin, viola, cello and double bass.  For bass bows we also do black and salt and pepper rehairs.  We are happy to lend you a replacement bow whilst yours is being rehaired.
