Stentor student violas are the ideal entry level instruments offering reliable consistent performance and good responsive tone. Each instrument is carved from solid tone woods with inlaid purfling and the outfit includes a lightweight case and a good student wood bow. There are two outfits in the student range; Stentor I and Stentor II.

All our violas are checked thoroughly in our workshop with particular attention given to the bridge and string height so that you can be confident that the instrument will be comfortable to play from the outset. There is also the option to upgrade the strings from the original factory set which will further enhance the tone of the viola.
