This is a large imposing double bass with violin outline, flat back, deep ribs (25cm) and a sound to match. 

Whilst the photos show the bass as a 4 string it has now been converted into a very successful 5 string instrument.  Despite its size, it has a very playable string length of 104cm and would suit any player looking for a reasonably priced 5 stringed bass.
