The Student range of cellos from Stentor are an ideal first cello offering reliable, consistent performance and good tone. The cellos are carved from solid tonewoods, spruce and maple, with inlaid purfling. The cello outfit includes a reliable student wooden bow with ebony frog and a padded case.

All our cellos are thoroughly checked in our workshop before being sent out to customers. Particular attention is given to the bridge and string height to ensure that the cello is comfortable to play. The instrument is supplied with the original factory strings, however if you would like to upgrade to superior strings to further enhance the tone there are other options available.
